services for your review.
Introduction
Repeat payments work as follows:
-
When you use a credit or debit card to pay for our products and
services, you give us your consent to automatically deduct payments
for the product or service you ordered at the next payment term. You
pay the monthly subscription fee with your card and the next month the
same payment is taken from the same card automatically.
-
Your consent to this automatic charge remains in force as long as you
are subscribed to the service, e.g. until the final instalment for the
course is made or as long as you have an active subscription. You can
revoke this consent at any time and the repeat payments will
terminate.
-
The automatic charge and frequency of the repeat payments correspond
to the price and duration of the service you purchased. Example: You
order a monthly subscription for $9. The automatic charge is $9 and it
will be made every month.
-
If the parameters for the service change (e.g. you change the
subscription or instalments), the parameters for the repeat payments
(price of the service and frequency of payment) automatically change
accordingly. In other words, if you change your monthly subscription
for $9 to an annual subscription for $97, the automatic charge will
change to $97 and it will be made once a year until you terminate your
subscription.
-
If you have an annual subscription, we will send you an email 30 days
before the end of the year to remind you of the planned payment so you
can change or cancel it if you wish.
-
We will send you an email with payment confirmation and an invoice
after each automatic deduction of payment.
-
If the automatic payment cannot be made from your card for some
reason, we will send you an email informing you the payment did not
take place and what to do next to make the payment in another way to
prevent an interruption in the services you ordered.
-
You can cancel repeat payments by sending an email to our customer
support at [email protected] and request cancellation of the repeat payments.
- Stripe handles the technical side of repeat
payments for us and they have your payment details saved.
